The Cross,
originally suspended above the choir stalls in Chester Cathedral, was
described by Pevsner in his “Buildings of England – Cheshire” as
“typical high Victorian style in its elaboration and its thick
relief”, and is now suspended in the Chancel at St Luke’s
Church.
